How do you know that if you don't mind me asking? And how long does it take?

I don't mind at all and they should be in your inventory right now. I know because I've done the weekly heroic before :)

It's not there and I had logged out and closed the game and logged back in but still nothing I had 21 coins and when I came back I had only 1 coin waiting for me at the postmaster don't know what's really going on.
