it deals more DPS against oversoul than VoC (if you're out of sniper or heavy), i'll tell you that right now

why would you waste an exotic slot for crota?

because i don't have gjallarhorn or IB, RNGeezus has not seen fit to bless me with either one yet :(

that sucks but there's also thorn, vex, suros, plan c or even red death (for crota fight only) as a better option.

do you really not think i have considered something else? of those I only have Red Death 1.0 and it is not upgraded. I had a Suros long ago but it was 1.0 and i sharded it after i accidentally upgraded past its usefulness for PvP -- i needed the shard for the last node on a piece of armor iirc. RNGeezus has not really been kind to me in the exotics department, haha.

Basically but in PvE as well, if you're using the old MIDA then VoC all day but other than that I use my new 331 legendary scouts for PvE

i've got the new MIDA though, it may shoot melted butter but damn does it shoot a lot of it, haha. dat magazine, y'know?

Yeah but the new vendor scouts are straight fire especially the badger ccl is my new favorite I'll have to check again

the badger is probably my favorite of the new scouts too but i only just maxed the one i had this week. i'll be trying it in CE this week sometime :3

Same. I've also been trying out pulse rifles lately, so far I'm not too impressed but time on target is decent
