What gun do you use for bullet sponges? I switch to Suros, personally.

Ice breaker or any sniper, then Dragons Breath for stationary and truth for mobile sponges. My normal loadout for everything except raids is mida, ldr5000, and one way ticket. For vog I use scout, IB, void launcher.for CE I use auto, IB, and 1wayticket. I know there are better combo's, but I use what I have. I don't pvp so I couldn't recommend for that.

Would you recommend one-way ticket? I don't have a decent legendary rocket launcher.

Yes! I love using it. Make sure you get one with cluster perk. The vanguard sells it.
