Winter is my favorite season, and you actually listed four of my reasons that it is. Very little sun, don't have to worry about tanning, less daylight, and since it's too cold for most people I can go out relatively undisturbed. Also most things in terms of plant and animal life are either dead or in hibernation, which paints a very beautiful scene in my opinion.
