It may be glitched it does this sometimes also you may have not gotten the loot but they saw you did

But other rewards I gotten, except the last part of corta, which me and my clan mate saw me loot the helm, I checked inventory none, relog and even check post station still none... I am very sad... :( Rng have not been good on me, keep giving me hawkmoon and ice breaker

The only thing i can say is play the raid again and see if you get your gear if not come back to forums
