Strategy for Urzok The Hated?
Looking for some tips, tricks or strategies one how to take out Urzok the Hated for a bounty? Does it require so many people? Does any particular damage harm him more? Solar? Arc? Void? When is the time to kill him?
Warsat public event? Or the hive vs. Fallen war in the public area?
Anything will help, thanks

Hope that a strike team of 3 happens by right as he shows up and that they are kind enough to stop and help as they were in my case :)

Arc damage for sure. I got lucky when the Warsat event started and he went down really quick. Of course there were 2 other guys out there and they were nice enough to focus on him. =)

He comes at all public events. Use arc to get his shield down, then heavy him. Use fusion rifles or a shotgun. I did it during a war with one random.

I did it during a warsat, there were about five of us. So got lucky I guess Good arc sonething to take down the shield, heavy/super. No magic to it

I killed Urzok by myself with a Thunderlord with Field Scout equipped. He absorbed all 3 reloads and then I danced around shooting him for another minute or so before he went down. That dude is a beast.

The hardest thing is taking down his shield which you need arc damage for. After that he is pretty easy to kill

I did the defend the warsat public event. It just so happened 2 others were there with me who helped me do it, which helped tremendously but I used "hunger of Crota" with 6 shells and Hive corrupter/disrupter whatever on. His shield was huge but past that the rockers did a lot of damage. I emptied the 6 shells (missed a couple cause I suck at this game) then used a heavy synth and he was out around 4 rockets later! (With some help from the other 2 also, although I don't think it was their focus like it was mine). If you had a couple friends though I'm sure it would be a breeze.

Arc for shields. Fusion rifle works well. HMG also good. If you get him during the hive v fallen event I found it effective to kite him away down the hill towards the Lunar Complex. I have soloed him twice, so more is better but not neccesary.

Plan c to get shields down. Epilogue to keep his shields down. And rockets to kill

His shield is massive and regenerates quickly. Use massive and rapid Arc damage to deplete it and he's pretty squishy underneath. Thorn or Warlock ignite helps to prevent shield regen.

I have a fool proof way to kill him first go to skywatch second wait for an event and finally [spoiler]shoot it till it dies [/spoiler]

The only bitch is his arc shield. I used the murmur. And just continued blasting him till he went down. Warsat is easier.

Arc takes his shield down. Takes a bit but once thats down keep hitting him so it doesn't go back up. It helps having more than one. If the sword guy spawns don't kill him till he shows up and smash him with that.
