Are you using a wired connection or wireless?
I fixed my issues by switching TO WIFI with dmz form a wired connection, everything works perfectly. here is my post

I fixed my issue by buying a LAN cable and no more wifi issues. My laptop has no problems connecting to the wifi in a similar location, but the PS4 doesn't seem to want to keep a stable connection. LAN wire for the win.
