Players who are good can save your team on hard raid, especially on the conflux part because they can stay alive a long time and don't need to res. The other two Radiance perks are far more useful. Getting overrun at a conflux? Song of Flame! Need to put yourself at risk? Radiant Skin!

Ive played with "good" players...who have died in an actual raid. Jussss-tuh because your good (based on skill or otherwise) doesn't promise a victory without a form of causality its ALWAYS possible for the good/better/best....to fail.

You still get the DMG reduction with the res.

Yes, but it's almost negligible compared to the damage reduction you get with Radiant Skin.

Its like 25% compared to the 50% for radiant skin.
