Re Edit 1 - are you able to confirm & describe the locations for the "two ghosts missing from the site. One on the Moon and one on Venus"?
Perhaps these are another PSN exclusive only i.e. not avail to XBOX Players?

I'm on 360 and I have all 72 so including the 2 missing from the site. I'm not sure which 2 they are but they aren't console exclusive.

Hopefully we'll get updated Ghost locations etc when the Destiny Ghost Hunter website upgrades from Beta. BTW - G8 write up OP profiling this very useful site!
