I don't think most people understand how a straight pull bolt actually works, because it doesn't work the way bf and other fps games make it look. You can't simply make a rifle a straight pull, either it is or isn't. If you don't know how it works look it up, there are several different types. And not to mention they are considered widow makers by most people. I for one own several bolt actions, none are straight pull, but I can tell you that you DON'T have to pull the gun away from your eye to chamber another round after firing. I can put just as much ammo down range ACCURATELY as a semi auto of the same caliber.
It does at least need more ammo though.

i understand what your saying, i just called it straitpull because it also sounds like something that speeds up the fire rate, to me any improvement on this gun is a great improvement...comsidering how much of a disadvantage you are in when it comes to close-medium range with slow fire rate (unless you land a headshot) and not being able to snipe long range because of the ironsight taking up most of your view, low zoom, and sun glare it somehow seems to still provide us
