lol the problem has been going on for a while now, for me its been about 1 month since the big update where i started getting disconnected every 10 min due to some animal error. I never had any problems till after the big update.
Bungie hasnt replied to my posts, but all the other posts similar to mine all had the same reply from bungie saying that they are [b]"SORRY"[/b] to hear we have such problems and that they will try [b]"FIXING"[/b] it as soon as possible.
Bungie has 500 people working on Destiny and not one of them from the networking/server department has fixed this irritating problem.
So far I've basically paid for a game that kicks me out every 10min and to be honest Battlefield 4 has better server stability than Destiny.
BTW my internet is perfectly fine, everything is on Bungie's side, even though they would deny its their problem and suggest you try "opening" your NAT etc etc

Hi chibi andy, I feel your pain, I was going through the same thing but mine was straight out of the box. It definitely sounds like your problem is a Bungie problem if everything worked fine and then an update started causing all the problems. Are you on a PS4 as well? There is a slim chance, but have you tried the 2 things that I did that seem to have sorted out my problems? Power down your Router (unplug it) for 2 minutes and then reconnect. Install any outstanding patches and updates for games on your PS4 and go into the LIBRARY section and go through each game and check the downloads are all done and installed and updated. Once that is all done, power down the PS4 and restart it. Maybe the latest patch/update causes problems or clashes with the PS4 update system or installation system. I was pretty close to giving up on the game too - getting kicked out all the time is a nightmare because a lot of the missions take way over 10 or 20 minutes. I hope your problem gets fixed soon!

im on the ps4 and yeah all my games are up to date. its pretty much a bungie error, but not like they care, they got my money so why would they bother helping me now? suffice to say Destiny 2 is not going to be on my list of games to purchase, i'll spend it somewhere else. luckily for me i still have Dragon age inquisition to play when i come back from work. Destiny will just piss me off with its constant disconnections.
