No no no you can upgrade the hunters blink strike to recharge almost immediately. That's what I'm talking about. For example,"BOOM, STAB, BOOM, STAB," etc. feel me?

doesn't matter anyways, they all have shotguns, universal is terrible, I have a maxed out one and it sucks...worse range than most of the legendaries...the special perk doesn't do anything...
