I have noticed this as well. Pumping clips of ammunition, grenades, and melee attacks into a person, only to have them warp behind me and kill me. So while I'm respawning I bring up the score, and lo and behold! They invariably have a red latency indicator. This is infuriating and needs to stop.

Interesting one this afternoon 2 friends joined me, so we played control, they said to me, there is a player on the opposite team they cant kill and he is killing them through walls etc when i died i looked at his connection and noticed it going down to 1 red bar then straight back up, his kill to death ration was 45.

Yup, cheaters everywhere and Bungie gives not one blam.

Just backed out of a game, all of the opposite had bad connections, none of my team could kill them, we were getting owned they had all of the bases and all of the kills, if this is how this game is turning out, i think i`ll forget about it,,
