If you purchased the standard edition and had this slip of paper, but no code to redeem the pass, then that is an advertisement paper. We apologize for the confusion.

If it is the slip of paper [u]without[/u] a code that says "Expansion Pass comes with: The Dark Below and House of Wolves" it is an advertisement slip, explaining that if you purchase the Pass it comes with those two DLC content.
