ROC strikes are the best after you are done with raids/weekly/xur

Seems I've been unlucky with rng. I have only rec. blues from the roc. The last 3 purples I took to cryptarch were hunter or Titan armor or class item and I'm a warlock. Last two cryptarch lvl up rewards also for hunter or Titan. Brutal luck.
