I doubt that's completely accurate, it's implying comet to be d2 which is just upsetting to think. Destiny shouldn't be an annual game with two weak dlc in between each installment, it should be expansion pass: a&b expansion pass: c&d expansion pass: e&f and so on.
Besides that if it's truly just dlc dlc expansion dlc dlc expansion, I'm ok with that too. a single expansion being around 35$ seems fair, same price as two dlc.
Also if that is d2 go to gamestop, the day a game is announced even without a date, you can pre-order it. That's a quick way to check the legitimacy of this information.

Comet is listed in the leaked Bungie /Activision contract as massive expansion to each game, each game gets a comet. also Destiny 2 is 2016 confirmed, comet is the odd years to build on previous Destiny. I may be wrong but thats what the contract says

And that's exactly what I was hoping this game would do, it's innovative and keeps it fresh. As I said above, dlc dlc expansion dlc dlc game dlc dlc expansion dlc dlc game Maybe even dlc dlc expansion dlc dlc expansion dlc dlc game if it's still a year away.

twin expand per game, that would lbe great, but that is a very short dev cycle, may hinder quality

Edited by AnonPig: 1/2/2015 2:27:16 PMDlc/expansion every 3 months with 6 dlc and 2 expansions between games? That's 2 years exactly. Or do you mean they need more than 3 months to produce it? Re-read it, yea that's what you meant. If they break it up into teams it should be good.

Comet isn't going to be d2 it's a massive expansion that will be available on a disc as well as digitally. The new game won't be till next year

Which I'm ok with as I said, just they gave that one a cover while the others agree just symbols. It does imply it's a stand alone game.
