Hey there, we have a troubleshooting guide on this error, in case you have not come across it: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11790 Typically, changing UPnP or port forward settings can help get you out of this state.

  • Thank you for replying! Destiny is the only game that I am having connection issues with. But I have gone through this guide and nothing has helped. I believe it has something to do with my ISP and their router firewall not allowing me to connect to other people's Xboxes. I have port forwarded the specified ports, and there is no option for UPnP for my router from what I can see. Any other suggestions?

  • Unfortunately, you may need to contact your ISP and see if they can do anything else to set up your router to be more open and cease any packet loss. I apologize for the inconvenience.
