Lol no, Black hammer is the best sniper, highest single damage in the whole game and potentially unlimited ammo as long as you're a good shot? Ummmm, yeah, rekt. Who's stupid enough to waste such an important slot (exotic [i]and[/i] primary, for a crap sniper with jack shit ammo.
