I like the strikes and roll through them constantly, even when I've max'd my marks. I do it for the drops and fun. Can't give you any scientific data, just that it goes in long droughts followed by quick wins in my experience. Most recently I went through 2 or 3 weeks without any legendary or exotics from ROC. This past week though, in just the week, I got The Last Word exotic hand cannon, a pair of legendary gloves, 2 legendary weapons. It'll dry up again.. but that's the way of the game. They can't all be winners.
