Yeah but fallen aren't really capable of an entire wipe like...
Gorgons: willing you out of time
Ritual of negation: fulfilling the oracles timeline
Oracles: writing the future as the vex want
Lost in time: stuck in an unstable period of time
Death totem: Draining energy most likely
Oversoul: draining the life or bombarding with some bad hive voodoo.
What will the fallen have? Prime servitor ultra drain?

Use your imagination. For example, they have soul seeking rounds in their guns. Imagine a counter that charges up a super soul seeker shot and if you do something wrong it seeks you out for a one hit kill. I can also imagine a super teleporting captain that can blade slice everyone simoultaneously, there is a bunch of things to consider, hopefully they capitalize on all the cool stuff they can do. Fallen are similar to the Hive in the fact they can utilize a "soul" except they call it the ether, I can imagine super saiyan fallen as well using Kamehameha and spirit bombs as well. Death Totem, Deathsinger, and Oversoul are all Hive "Magic". They mastered whatever the soul is and use it as a weapon, the soul could be life force, light, or some other thing. Whatever it does it can make them immortal if manipulated but fragile to stronger beings of light, pretty much a stronger soul can dissipate a weaker one.

I think it's in the Reef, so awoken and golden age tech is in their hands, and being efficient scavengers, they know how to use it. Be ready for GA tanks, energy cannons, time bombs, the like. Maybe even trigger an old rocket thruster

They're more military / machinery esq, much like the Cabal (Unless there is something mentioned in the Fallen lore about them having powers. Didn't they steal the teleporting from the Vex?)

A group of Fallen Walkers falling from the sky. Imagine fighting a few of those at the same time with limited cover, while fighting every other unit the Fallen has.

Or the servitors put a shield around all the enemies making them immune to attacks until the servitor is dead. Imagine two or three sepkis prime type servitors with a shit load of snipers behind them and dregs chasing you. Also, for wipe, they are military based so who says they don't have like an atomic bomb or giant Ray that will kill everyone if you don't beat something in time. Or a large ketch that just bombards the battlefield until everyone dies

servitors will do some kinda power drain effect on the area and the guardians(like the archive mission) that fuels a shield for a big servitor like Sepkis Prime. Drop the smaller ones to disrupt power flow which drops his shields so you can hit him
