I've read your edit. But I just wanted to add something: Whenever there is an outage, I just simply play singleplayer games. And I don't buy those digital copies, big reason being that you can't play them when the net goes down, atleast some of them. So I just end up getting a disc version. Dragon Age Inquisition, that's a good game you can spend your time on for example. No need to get upset over the temporary outages, just play something that's offline! :)
