That or a Invert Mini, or the low end Proto markers. One way or the other you're not going to find anything amazing, but something good enough.

My $300 budget is pretty strict(damn minimum balances), so no mini for me :(

You can find an older model on pbaz.com I imagine that's around that price. Take a look around, most people selling their markers on that website that have been there for a while and have credibility take care of the markers and sell at a reasonable price.
