I like the look of the gun. It actually looks exotic for the game setting. But it needs way more impact damage to offset the bolt reload after every shot. This weapon should have more impact damage than a hand canon and similar ammo reserve(50 bullets) or an ammo regen perk. It could use some sort of elemental damage or a perk that allows the weapon to bypass shields and do direct hp damage. Have you tried to kill a shielded lvl 30 yellow enemy with this thing? You run out of ammo by the time you kill 2.
