How much research have you actually done to come to this conclusion.

Owning the consoles (personal experience), knowing other owners of the consoles (friends' experiences), reading articles of credit card numbers being acquired by hacking, news of general in-game cheating/hacking, obvious factor of Microsoft having more funds at their disposal (XBL is paid for), Microsoft's primary business is in computers, Sony's is not, so of course Microsoft is better experienced, etc.

All those people commenting, taking the bait? That's them. This thread is basically a lesson to be learned for them. I'm gonna change the title and description to help people not take bait like this so easily. Personally, Xbox/PS4? I couldn't care less what anyone plays on. You like it, that's your preference. In fact, it took me a long time to make a decision on which console to but, because I loved them both. This thread is an example - Hopefully when I get around to the title change/edit, I can help people learn to spot bait. As for the whole conversation, no hard feelings, man. I just was responding to the comments in a troll-like fashion to see what baited people. No worries. :)
