I worked in a few places with screaming unhappy ungrateful people. I know it solves nothing. People should raise problems if they are there and try to carry them forward but in the right way

Exactly. I work in guest service. It is miserable when someone is screaming at you for something you can't control or are trying to fix but takes time.
