Me too! Have not had the luxury of buying it off Xur when he had it, nor get one as a random drop.

I bought the Armamentarium instead of the Ice Breaker a while back. I thought the IB wasnt too good, so I got some armor. About 2 mobths ago, I got the IB from a Nightfall.

What luck man! I did the same thing early on in the game with Gjallarhorn, thinking RL isn't that great and got an armor instead. Sadly....I have yet to have one drop :(
