I haven't personally done any DPS tests, that'd be specific to the weapon down to it's rolls. I think the accepted answer is Gjallarhorn, but that's not a sustained DPS. If you've got a weapon you want to test, - Load up a level 10/20/(Att/15) mission - Record the damage of a body shot and a precision shot - Time how long it takes to empty the magazine (Fire rate) - Time the reload Body damage x amount of bullets in clip / (Fire rate+Reload) 10 x 30 / 8 = 37.5 damage per second If you wanted a more accurate DPS you'd have to average in your Precision to Body shot ratio. If comparing non 300 Attack guns use a level 10 mission, if comparing max weapons use damage cap enemies. Att/15
