So the cap for 331 weapons is 22?
Im cool with this as the lowest I fight are 26 on roc strike
So I wouldn't be under the cap until weapons were above 390 cos 390/15 = 26?

So the post that said that having the vex moved up to 400 attack wouldn't do anything is wrong? Because it would do max damage to enemies lvl 27 and above? ????

Yes, that is correct. And all those Vex threads are very clear examples of people not actually knowing how Attack works. Not to blame them it's hardly explained.
