YES. That'd be a cool little twist and would shut the overpowered shouters up. Though I think it should get buffed for PvE then, right?

I do believe that a PVE buff is in order, but that'll come in due time. Lol. Maybe an increase in health while in Arc Blade (Not in PVP scenarios), a damage increase per hit, and instead of health regeneration per kill, it could be health regeneration per hit. Idk. I'm just brainstorming at this point. Lol.
