Everything you said there proofs it is op, the simple fact is a hunters blink strike is 2 shot, a hunter throwing knife is two shot, a warlock melee is two shot, yet the Titan has a one shot melee, it doesn't matter if it charges or not, so does every other melee.

That's right. Just conveniently overlook the single biggest reason that shoulder charge is NOT overpowered. Cry some more. While you're at it, try practicing a little.

Keep in mind this is a skill or class perk. Not the actual melee. It replaces the damage resistance during fist of havoc.

Not true, blink strike is a one hit ko if you use the perk that does more damage from behind.
