As opposed to Jedi, as Jedi do allow for people to not be with them, but still not be against them. Jedi would allow a Switzerland, but Sith would only see it as their enemy. "Only Sith (not Jedi) deal in absolutes" is a true statement. "If you aren't with me, then you are against me" is not a fact, it's an opinion.
