How do you do it in 7 hours? Can you give me some tips please?

I've tried all missions on hard with a friend helping me and doing all the bounties but it still takes Atleast 15

Make sure you are close the your friend to get the xp for killing all the adds! Mix in some of the easy crucible like complete 5 control bounties
