I'm sorry but this has been post everyday since the dlc came out. So if you choose to do the raid then you get what they give . Just upgrade it and be happy . As a lot of players would love to have red death even if you have to upgrade it.

I expected that all exotics awarded after the dlc, would have the new attack of 300 base, and max out at 331, plz tell me if im wrong.

Nope. I've gotten several Legendaries since the DLC that have pre-DLC damage. More Bungie bullshit.

But those are pre-DLC legendries, Not exotics.

Right. But I expected that [i]any[/i] weapon we got post-DLC would have post-DLC damage.

The onlty reason I am sayng this is not to be a pain in the -BLAM!- its because in one of the last update notes(http://www.bungie.net/7_Destiny-Update---12012014/en/News/News?aid=12433) WAs where we would be seeing newly awarded exotics have the new damage.
