No one had been banned. You cannot ban someone for dropping from a game, and if you do try proving it was intentional.

Videos of the morons posting to YouTube is proof for those users alone. Also the fact that bungie has access to all gameplay videos. They can easily go back and review ur gameplay whenever they want. I'm not saying they will, but I'm sure this is how ammo glitchers were caught.
