If this is all true then everyone should be banned for pushing the template off. The gamers found a loop hole and are using it for the time until a patch happens.
Have you ever cheeses the template? If so ban yourself.

Oh yeah dude I dont care. And im just informing about the network workaround. I couldnt care less about the atheon or templar cheese. Those were plain bungies fault and were fairly smart on the players behalf

They're not likely to ban anyone for PvE issues. Or at least not permanently. And I think they lifted the ban on some crucible cheaters after they patched the ammo exploit.
