I believe so. My friend got Ghileon's demise (scout rifle) the DLC version. And mine is from last iron with lower base damage.

I think all 4 that you could get before are droppable. I've seen Jolder, someone got Perun's with a I sign. Haven't seen primaries, but I believe they are there.
