There is no hacking it is essentially the same as dashboarding in cod so your stats don't save but when doing so Crota just glitches out... It's not a hack just taking advantage of a bug

Very true. I was just clarifying that it's not whether it's hacking or glitching it's that they're getting stuff for it. As far as my philosophy on cheesing, it's what it is. You can work for your rewards if you want or take the easy way. Whichever satisfies you.
