question: if one does hard VOG and does the normal VOG, will the normal VOG yield rewards? from chests or from bosses or both?

You ill get rewards if you do normal then hard but the chances of you getting weapons/armour decreases on the hard and you cant get chests on the second run through no matter what (i think)

No, you'll get two rewards if you do hard first, and then normal will give you none
