I personally think you should give it more than a days worth. I figure that you would wait a bit more time than a day to get a tattoo you just thought of. Who knows, by next week you might be happy that you didn't get it yet. But if you still really want it after some time, then hell yes!

Yeah, it definitely feels like an impulse buy. But that tattoo.... I don't even know where I'd put it, frankly. I might go to a studio next week and get their opinion on potential locations.
