I didn't have P & T and I needed that to add to my Exotic collection. :-)
I purchased Knuckle had radar and a engram and yes you guessed..I got the radar from the engram....F-IN Cryptarch bastard!

Oh no that's rule #1... buy arms and engram sure but here's a hint I've figured out. .. unless you have multiple characters never buy the same armor and armor engram. .. buy engram first if you must

I have multiple classes, 1 of each. The stat roll was either lower or higher on the engram though. One has a strength of 85 the other was 95
