It happens during the mechanic modeling loading sequence if you have a bad connection as far as i know. Please delete the name of the guy. He is punished enough with his connection ;)

No. He was bragging about being a modder and just being a dick bag. His name can stay as long as DeeJ lets me keep it there. I honestly don't know anything about the bug. This guy knew what he was doing and didn't care.
