Your armor doesn't scale down. Also getting a raid group takes about 20 minutes.

I thought that armor scales down. That's why I can still be killed by level 6 enemies on Cosmodrome even when I'm level 30.

It scales down kinda, yes. You still take far less damage from lower levels. 30-31 is the difference between a OHKO and THKO from lvl 30 knghts.
