Why would they give a reward for this ? It's easy and beat in three minutes ...
You don't get a reward for the jumping puzzle in the VOG , self entitlement in the extreme.
This isn't going to explode trust me.

Just because they moved the Exotic weapon reward from first chest,in the pit,and put it at Ir Yut,it was clearly satted in the patch notes.

Well, I think Ir Yut should drop something-- she's a boss after all. I don't think relocating rewards was a good idea, but whatever-- we'll just get that item from Ir Yut later. I think the biggest problem is that the raid is so short. They could use one more boss/event. I'm just hoping House of Wolves has a decent raid.

Looks like Bungie agrees with me! Moving a reward to Ir Yût! Guess it wasn't such a crazy idea... Self entitlement is the best!

Edited by Blasteroid: 1/12/2015 12:49:30 PMYeah I've noticed the trend - bungie makes a decision and the vocal minority of cry babies moan about it and then it gets changed / nerfed and generally moves further from the initial vision the designers had for the game. We've seen it with shotguns (now all but useless in PVE) , pocket infinity , suros , mythoclast thorn and the last word to name just a few and now we see it with the raids. You're not getting anything extra they've just moved the loot from one place to another , now the first chest only has a chance to give energy or shards - Well done. Your moaning has achieved nothing.

How many times did you enter into the darkness alone, in search of that one chest with a reward you did nothing to earn? I'll now be rewarded for something that actually takes some effort and I'm being accused of being a complainer? I feel bad for you if you really believe this game shouldn't adapt or change. Or, that Bungie has a development team willing to admit mistakes and improve rather than be self righteous know it all's like yourself!

If that's why they moved it, they should have just locked that first door. Make the teams search the other locations. Ir Yut deserves to have a drop, but we deserve hidden chests too.

3 loot drops and 2 chests. It's designed to be grinded and grinded (like everything in destiny ) . Iv one character and I don't know how the hell im gonna level that raid gear and weapons by the time the hard raid rolls around. Only being able to get radiant shards and energy in the new Raid is a grind. They should include them in vog hard too. Maybe as an idea

Well I disagree , the bridge part ( when not cheesed ) requires the players to work a strategy and for most parts of the strategy to work for the win. The death singer is simply a case of killing a witch and a shrieker on each side then going in from the left and using heavy on Ir Yut. Neither part is difficult. Now imagine you hadn't watched a YouTube video showing you how to beat the bridge. Now which is the more difficult.

No the death singers is the second hardest part of the raid especially if your team is bearly able to take down one shrieker >.> Then the only thing hard about it is killing the death singer who's surrounded by knights. '-'
