Tony Hawks Pro Skater, Dave Murra's Pro BMX, Twisted Metal, Vigilante 8, SSX Tricky. Those are just what I remember. Crash Bandicoot was always a blast as someone below said too.

Damn Vigilante 8. Now there's a game I haven't thought about in a while. And twisted metal 2! I played the hell out of that game. I was always Warthog. My PS1 rotation was FF7, jet moto, nba jam and twisted metal 2.
