So you have to be a certain rank for it to drop? Or the drop is for everyone just can't upgrade till rank three or four?

You can get it at any level or rank and you don't need the dlc either.

Yea I've got three now.

It drops at any rank and level you just need Eris level 4 I think to buy embalming orb for next upgrade

It used to be 4 but now they dropped it down to 3, al9ng with heavy syth
