If people generate full conciseness a few months or years after birth it might not be as bad. Would that mean that that conciseness would be in another person if the baby is aborted, or would we loose that conciseness? We could never be sure of how the human concise forms and/ or when it starts, but if we do find that out it will effect decisions such as abortion.

Uh, we do know what makes human consciousness form. It's the nerves and electricity in the brain in combination with the senses. These are formed because it is what our DNA coding tells our cells to create when humans are fetuses.
