I think you are referring the instant charge bug, which was fixed. But if it was only ONE item why does it say "changes", if it was just one or two they could have just explained. They fact that they linked it back to the page for the 1.1 update and didn't (dare) explain I feel like they did a lot more. For instance I noticed the Thorn only did 6 DOT versus the 7 is was doing yesterday in crucible. They just didn't want to elaborate because people will point out that don't seem to know what they are doing.
