Was it even a bug in the first place? How'd you know they didn't make it up? Not being rude or anything, simply curious and skeptical

Armor piercing rounds and the new Raid weapons do though. That's the problem. Armor Piercing rounds might have been "nerfed" because of this. For no reason. Not a bug.
