Oh you can't buy it? I bought it but can't use it, even worse!

I've bought mine also, I just cannot download it to my system. Just bounces between 0-1% on the active downloads before giving me an update 'Can't Download Expansion I'.

Mines completely gone from my downloads after being downloaded but does not let me use any content.
