Though you proclaim yourself a pro, your "pro" tips are not valid for everyone. That's the first tip I will give you. The reason why so many people like Destiny is that can appeal to a wide variety of gamer play styles.
Calling people "whiners" because they find an aspect of the game frustrating is judgmental and immature.
Second, I would wager to bet that most people who play PvP are not casual players. It is only in PvP where these things regarding rank, level, gear, etc actually have an effect on you or others playing, and Crucible is definitely not a casual play-style game. So if Bungie made it a little more reasonable to get good gear , it would likely not affect your game. Personally I have exotic weapons and exotic armor, yet I suck in Crucible, so I never play it.
In PvE, where you find most casual gamers, why would it matter to you or anyone else if I had the best weapons in the game? It would not affect you.
And your first tip about Nightfall or Weekly heroic is not possible for those of us that are only level 25 or so. So the rest of the math for getting marks and rank quickly all goes out the window.
It takes me the better part of a week to only rank up one faction (Vanguard). Forget ranking any crucible faction because I honestly dislike that type of game, even if I had the extra time to do so. To me personally it is not fun running around a tiny map trying to find and kill other players. It is boring and unsatisfying to me personally. I love quests and missions and stories from point A to point B with a boss at the end.
But I also love finding or buying cool new gear and weapons for my character to play in my solo, independent PvE world, that is also a part of this game. Maybe I like the look of the Dead orbit helmet or Crucible auto rifle better what is being offered by the Vanguard. Why shouldn't I be able to use my marks earned in strikes and bounties to buy them, instead of the ones offered by the Vanguard? It wouldn't affect your "important" little crucible match. Why should that frustrate you? Why do you care?

You accuse me of calling myself a pro and others whiners. Both are not true. I use the word "pro" one time, regarding a tip. This tip actually worked out, and had me, my friends and anyone else who listened at level 31 within a few hours of playing the expansion. I stand by my comment that it was a pro tip. I used whining, I never called anyone a whiner. Whining about one thing doesn't make you a whiner. We all complain about something at some point in life. This post was designed to give people a reason to stop whining. Rank and level have no impact in the Crucible, as the stats are moderated. Gear has a SLIGHT impact. Why would it matter if everyone else had the best weapons? Simple, human nature. Exclusivity is something many people strive for. Example: holographic Pokemon Cards, brand name products and autographed books. A Charizard, $800 bag and autographed book mean less when the world is flooded with them. That's supply and demand. Things are worth more when there are less of them. So if I run the raid 10 times and finally get a Vex Mythoclast (which I did), yeah, I'd be ticked if they gave them away to players who play 10% of the time I put in. It doesn't affect my gaming experience, but the gear/weapons I have are no longer rare. You make it sound like I'm assuming everyone is level 30 and a Crucible All-Star. In reality, my post addresses that some people are only level 25 and some people are bad at Crucible (or don't like it). I addressed both of those points in my post so I'm not sure why you're telling me my points are invalid because you can't run the Nightfall and don't like PvP. Maybe you like the Dead Orbit helmet? You want the helmet, but don't want to put the time in. Maybe you like a real baseball cap in real life. No one's giving you that for free, bud. Earn the marks, allocate your Vanguard bounties to Dead Orbit, and purchase your well earned helmet. Why shouldn't you be able to use VG Marks for Crucible gear? Because that's the way the game is made. Certain gear is available by playing certain parts of the game. You ask "why shouldn't you be able to"? I think a better question would be "why should you"? I'm not sure why "important" was put in quotations. Obviously you aren't quoting me because I never said that. And I agree that you getting what you want doesn't affect my Crucible game. Crucible isn't important to me. I enjoy it, but it's easily my least favorite part of the game. You getting gear doesn't frustrate me. I'm not sure why you're making these assumptions or what gave you those impressions. Lastly, I stated "why I care" above when I talked about exclusivity.

You are contradicting yourself. On one hand you claim you don't care how or if I have certain exotic or legendary weapons. Yet on the other hand you say exclusivity is important to you. Exclusivity directly implies you are concerned with what others have in relation to what you have. This is the sort of mindset that fosters jealousy and self-entitlement. If you truly don't care how quickly or easily others get their exotic or legendary gear, then exclusivity would not be a consideration. Stop trying to tell people how to enjoy their game.

It sounds like you aren't paying attention to my entire posts. You're isolating certain pieces and matching them against each other. I said the weapons you have don't affect my game experience, meaning the mechanics of my missions/strikes/raids etc. However, exclusivity is important to me. Me having exclusive weapons sitting in my vault is different from how I'm able to actually play Destiny. Those are two different concepts, therefore I can have two different opinions. I didn't tell anyone HOW to enjoy their game. I just said enjoy it.

Sounds like you have yourself convinced. Yawn.
